Dry cupping therapy can also be incorporated into treatments where appropriate. This technique uses suction cups placed on the skin to help lift and release tight fascia and muscle tissue, improve circulation and encourage the body’s natural recovery process. When combined with sports massage, cupping can be particularly effective for relieving deep muscular tension and supporting performance and recovery.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
